  • To receive professional, friendly and quality service.
  • To receive treatment based on the scheduled turn and/or based on your condition during
  • emergency.
  • To receive explanation, information about your medical condition and planned treatment as per agreement.
  • To ensure confidentiality and privacy of your treatment & medical records.
  • To be prepared with clean, comfortable and safe facilities and surroundings.
  • To get four (4) hours of haemodialysis treatment.
  • To get haemodialysis treatment at least three (3) times per week.
  • To achieve the dry-weight as established, URR of >65% or kt/v of >1.3.
